At the end of the hotel lobby there is a coffee shop and a French pastry shop, Le Bec Sucre. There is a business centre, tele-fax room and Internet access. There is also a conference room.

Coming from Tahrir Square: From 26 of July Street (the main street in Zamalek) turn right into Mohamed Mazhar Street then left to Meraashly Street. Then turn right to Taha Hussein Street. Near the end of the street on the left you will find the President Hotel at #22 Taha Hussein Street.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
