The hostel is only 5 stops away from Beijing Central Railway Station and it is 2 kilometers from Beijing West Railway Station.

Beijing YHA Free Pick-up Service:
Upon arrival at Beijing International Airport, go outside,watch for shuttle bus (on the side of the bus there are English letters saying airport shuttle bus in red colour), pay 16RMB per person and you should make sure that the bus goes to XiDan When you get off the bus try to find phone to call for free pick up, or you can just call a taxi (10RMB) to hostel .
When arriving at the hotel go directly to the tour counter inside the lobby of the hotel. The staff behind the counter will help arrange your transportation to the youth hostel and thereafter get on the bus with the Hostelling International logo on the side of the bus.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
