This building offers 4 apartments in the most central and unique location in Amsterdam.
The apartments are next to the most famous square of Amsterdam Leideseplein.
From the apartments you have a wide and magnificent view over Leidsestreet. Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the
whole duration of your stay.
The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 big living room so it’s comfortable for 2 or 4 guests. The apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as a DVD and a full-equipped open kitchen.

To collect the keys and pay the bill and receive directions to your apartment you must go to Hostel Cosmos - 17 Nieuwe Nieuwstraat - to collect your apartment keys.
The Directions:
From the airport take a train to Central Station:
You get out of the station. Walk over to the Victoria Hotel. When you are facing the hotel, you turn right and go into the second street on the left Martelaars Gracht (street name). Keep Walk down that street You
than pass 8 aley's Csmall streets) on you left hand you will see, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat go in this alley you are in Nieuwe Nieuwstraat, we are number 17 Hostel Cosmos . Here you can get the keys and directions to our Apartments.

AVBESTÄLLNINGSVILLKOR
96 hours before arrival date: for no show or late cancellation we'll charge the first night payment per person on the credit card given.
KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel.
We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more.
Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund.
We accept cash payment only on arrival.
We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden.
2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.
3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.
4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time.
6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in.
7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition.
8 . We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more.

Cancellation must occur 96 hours before the check-in date.
The deposit is paid online through flashbooking and the balance is paid on arrival. We accept cash payment only on arrival.
