Description
Venice Residence rents apartment for tourism in the centre of Venice, and they are form 2 to 6 people. All our apartment are classified from the Province of Venice of first categories and they are exactly situate in S. Croce Rio Marin, 5 minutes distance from the train station.
They are compose by: kitchen, living-room, matrimonial bed, single beds, sofa beds with single beds,bathroom with shower or bath. There are also conforts like: air-conditioning, self-heating, hair-dryer, small garden where you can eat outside and for relax, Tv satellite.
These apartment are for long period but also for shorter and no problem for the linens, you find in the apartment; sheet, towels, taxes (water, light, gas) and finish-cleaning are included in the price. Twice a week, for long period, there are the change of linens.
All our apartments are no-smoking.

We ask you to inform us to days before the arrival to meet a person of our staff to go to the apartment that you reserved, because there are not the reception and the staff live outside Venice.
The meeting point is the waterbus stop n° 1 Riva de Biasio, and it easy to reach from the train station and from Piazzale Roma (bus terminal).
If you arrive by plane, you call us when you arrive at the airport and then take the bus to Venice, after take the waterbus n° 1 to Riva de Biasio.

AVBESTÄLLNINGSVILLKOR
Our cancellation policy is:
from 20 to 11 days before the arrival 50% of total amount;
from 10 days to72 hous before the arrival 75% of total amount;
From 71 hours to the day of arrival or for no-show you pay the total amount.
The excourt service to the apartment is included in the price till the hour 20.00, after this hour till the hour 23.00 there is an extra charge is from euro 20.00 to Euro 50.00
After the hour 23, without a previus information, is impossible to recive the key and we consider the reservation no-show.
