Description
The Barcelona Residence is located in a central area of the city and close to all the most visited attractions. Guaranteeing a comfortable stay and tourist information. We boast a privileged location, opposite to the port, 5 minutes to the Ramblas, the old town, Maremagnum, Barceloneta. 10 minutes from the Olympic village (beach). In our sorroundings you can find the Museum of Contemporary History of Catalonia, the Marine Museum, Piccaso Museum, Wax Museum, etc. There is also a wide variety of restaurants and Bars.
Our rooms are equipped with television, Wifi and we specially guarantee a strict cleanliness. Our guests have access to the lounges and common dining rooms.
We are taking 25€ as a deposit to give to you the keys and we will give your money back when you check out. Advise about arrival time.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
