Description
The house is situated in a green and peaceful area in the district Prenzlauer Berg - only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Berlin; making it the perfect location to explore Berlin. The Graf Bed & Breakfast offers exceptional accomodation at affordable prices.
We have 1 double-room, 2 twin-rooms and 1 single-room at our disposal, and besides accommodation breakfast can be provided, if you so desire.
You will find us near the Prenzlauer Berg district park, between the train stations Landsberger Allee and Greifswalder Strasse. The B & B is situtated in the trendy district
Prenzlauer Berg, but is still in a peaceful and central part of Berlin. All of our guests appreciate the private and calm atmosphere in the house.
Although Berlin is known for its parking problems, you will have no trouble finding a parking space directly in front of our house.
Prenzlauer Berg is home to many coffee bars, clubs, and restaurants and you will easily discover the extraordinary ambiance of this district. It takes only 7 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by tram to reach the heart of "Prenzlauer Berg" - Kollwitzplatz (Kollwitz Plaza).
Besides "Kollwitzplatz" there is also a new insider tip - "Bötzowviertel" (Bötzow Quarter) , that is very close to our B & B. It is within easy walking distance.
Around the corner is the bus stop for the no. 200 bus line. It is an attractive alternative to an expensive sightseeing-tour. Here you will see all the important points in Berlin: Alexanderplatz with its tv-tower, the cathedral, the state opera house, the German Historical Museum, the National Gallery, Museum Island, the Staatsbibliothek (National Library), Unter den Linden, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag (Parliament) ... zoo.

Arriving by car:
from the south and west
Take the A10 or A2 to the A115 until you reach Dreieck Funkturm, then the A100 towards Hamburg, but dont take junction Hamburg!!! Follow the road towards Wedding/Prenzlauer Berg. You will pass Osloer Strasse, Bornholmer Strasse and Michelangelostrasse, now turn left on the corner Kniprodestrasse/Stedinger Weg (at this traffic light is the Schwörer-Haus). Then take the next turn left - Steengravenweg.
From the motorway Hamburg/Rostock
From A24 take junction Berlin-Pankow and after 2 km turn left on to Ostseestrasse and follow this road until you pass Michelangelostrasse/Kniprodestrasse, now turn left on the corner Kniprodestrasse/Stedinger Weg (at this traffic light is the Schwörer-Haus). Then take the next turn left - Steengravenweg.
Arriving by plane:
From Tegel Airport
Von Tegel From Tegel Airport take bus TXL to Alexanderplatz and then transfer there to bus no. 200. Get off at the Stedinger Weg bus stop, turn left into Stedinger Weg and then the next left into Steengravenweg.
From Schönefeld Airport
From Schönefeld Airport take the S9 to Alexanderplatz, transfer there to bus no. 200 and get off at the Stedinger Weg bus stop, turn left into Stedinger Weg and then the next left into Steengravenweg.
Arriving by train:
Hauptbahnhof
You can take the S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz and then transfer to bus no. 200, then get off at the Stedinger Weg bus stop, turn left into Stedinger Weg and then the next left into Steengravenweg.
Ostbahnhof
Arriving at Ostbahnhof, take the S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz and then transfer to bus no. 200, then get off at the Stedinger Weg bus stop, turn left into Stedinger Weg and then the next left into Steengravenweg.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
