This 40 sqm modern apartment, located in the best central location of west Berlin (Wilmersdorf) offers the comfort and the warm atmosphere one can expect from a few days off. Only a few steps from the Ka.De.We, Kurfürstendamm, Winterfeldtplatz, Nollendorfplatz and Europacenter.
Host speaks German as well as English and have refurbished the studio taking care of every single detail! A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee percolator, making facilities and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery; and basic groceries like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil etc. In the living room you can relax in a confy double sleeping couch. The studio provides you with a 21” TV set, wireless internet.
The king-size bed will ensure confortable nights whilst towels and sheets are provided. The studio is at the 6th floor with an elevator.
For a reservation we charge end-cleaning fees - 30 Euro.

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
