Description
The apartments are brand new, fully furnished with light color wooden furniture and floors. Each has an in closed balcony with deck, overlooking the street. The breakfast table is placed by the huge window that encloses the balcony, so you can have a pick of the city outside. For more privacy you just press a button and an electric window shutter comes down or you simply draw the curtains.
The apartments are equipped with cable TV, high speed internet, air conditioning, and telephone. Optional cell phone service is offered.You don’t have to worry about bed sheets, blankets, towels etc. as everything is provided and the cleaning service, offered once a week, will change them for you.

The studios are situated in a trendy part of Palermo, that has been renamed Palermo "Hollywood" due to the influx of television studios into the area.
The apartments are half a block from city's major transportation modes; subway, buses, and train.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
