YOUR BED & BREAKFAST IN RIO
Vila CasaNova is a small guest house with Bed and Breakfast amenities in the cozy atmosphere of a quite residential street in Santa Teresa, a historical neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.
With rates similar to a hostel, we offer a more personal atmosphere in a charming four-floor rustic eighties house where bricks and concrete contrast with nature.
Our rooms are in a tranquil and private ambient, have ceiling fan and air conditioning and some of them have a balcony overlooking a green valley, the village houses and the city center.
We are conveniently close to the center and Lapa neighborhood, at only 10 minutes from Corcovado, in a place from where you can easily reach the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, the Sugar Loaf, the Maracanã football stadium and the Sambódromo where the great carnival parade takes place.
Our B & B is also only a walking distance from the local commerce with its shops, restaurants, cafes and a cool bohemian nightlife.
ATTENTION!
1. The complete street adress will be sent to you together with your booking
confirmation.
2. For long stays or far ahead bookings we request a 50[%] deposit in advance.
3. The payment of the balance due should be done at check in time in cash
(we don't work with credit cards) in Brazilian Reais, US Dolars, Euros or
GB Pounds.

Minimum Stay of 4 nights in the period within Dec 28 and Jan 02, with
advanced deposit of 50[%] of the rest of the balance due via MoneyGram money
transfer services with no reimbursement in case of cancellation.

Minimum Stay of 6 nights in the period within Fev 17 and Fev 25, with
advanced deposit of 50[%] of the rest of the balance due via MoneyGram money
transfer services with no reimbursement in case of cancellation.

A fast and comfortable way to arrive to our house is through our transfer service, which you can request when making your reservation.
If you prefer to come on your own, the alternatives are:
from ANTONIO CARLOS JOBIM international airport (GALEÃO):
- By bus: around 50 minutes
- By taxi: around 25 minutes
from SANTOS DUMONT airport:
- By taxi: around 15 minutes
from NOVO RIO bus station:
- By bus: around 35 minutes
- By taxi: around 15 minutes

AVBESTÄLLNINGSVILLKOR
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
